High-Level Expertise. High-Flow Reality
ADVOCACY • EMPATHY • DISRUPTION
They call me unstable. I call it a quality audit.
For 15 years, I navigated the healthcare system as a leader in patient care, quality, and safety. Today, I navigate that same system from the other side of the oxygen mask. I’m here to bridge the gap between clinical standards and the human experience.
ADVOCACY: Moving beyond "compliance" to empower the experts of their own bodies.
EMPATHY: Bridging the divide between medical jargon and meaningful connection.
DISRUPTION: Challenging a broken system that prioritizes metrics over people.
I contain multitudes. I am a 6-foot-tall Chicagoan, a mother to a brilliant son, and a professional who has managed some of the city's busiest units. I am also a complex patient living with Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS), Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (PH), and Heart Failure.
I created The Unstable RN because the healthcare system isn't built for people who ask questions, and it certainly isn't built for nurses who know the rules well enough to break them.
